I understand small businesses because I have one. With over 20 years of experience working with small businesses, I know what is needed to increase cash flow and sales. Small business owners wear many hats to operate their businesses and I know that sometimes, I find myself wearing multiple hats. This has equipped me to recognize that each business is unique - so it's crucial to tailor the tools needed for that particular small business and the specific action plan to achieve its goals.
